Receive a Bilt Reward Equivalent to 1 Month’s Rent + $325 Move-In Special

Tour and sign a lease within 48 hours to receive a Bilt reward equal to 1 month’s rent, plus enjoy our $325 Move-In Special in lieu of a security deposit. Offer valid through March 31st, 2026, subject to screening and approval, for new applicants only. To qualify, applicants must tour and sign within 48 hours. The Bilt reward may be redeemed as either: • A gift card from participating vendors in the Bilt database, or • Bilt Points, which can be used toward travel, dining, and other eligible rewards. Bilt reward will be issued approximately 120 days after move-in via your Bilt account, and requires your account remain in good standing with rent and charges paid on time for the first four months. Failure to meet these requirements, or early termination before lease completion, will result in forfeiture or repayment. The $325 Deposit Waiver is not a security deposit and is non-refundable. Resident is responsible for any damages.
